Masuk High School pitching standout Julia Bacoulis has been named the Week 1 winner of the CHSCA’s Softball Player of the Week.
Bacoulis got the season off to a great start for the Panthers, the No. 1 team in the state, according to GameTimeCT. She defeated No. 3 Southington, striking out 17, during that week, as well.
