WESTON—Stacie Reisner, who had been part of the Weston High softball program for almost two decades, stepped down recently after her eighth year as head coach, according to athletic director Mark Berkowitz.

“We just posted the job, so I hope to start collecting resumes now and fill the job in August,” Berkowitz said. “Stacie did a very good job for us and she will be missed by her athletes and by me.”

The Trojans, who won just six games total over the past two seasons, only made the state tournament once in Reisner’s tenure. In 2021, Weston went 8-11 during the regular season.
