FREELANCE ADVERTISING SALES REPRESENTATIVE: As a way to grow the CTSB, we are looking for a person or persons to act as a sales representative to sell sponsorships/advertising for the website. This position is a paid position via negotiable ad sales commissions. In addition to the website itself, we are looking for lead sponsors for the podcast we will be starting, regular features and awards (ie, Player of the Week, etc.). We are also willing to work in trade agreements, too. This also might be a great opportunity for a team to do some fund-raising as we split the proceeds. Email publisher John Nash at jnash@ctsoftballblog.com if interested.
STUDENT INTERNS: If you are a softball player who wants to give back to the game while you’re still playing, the CT Softball Blog is looking for Student-Interns to help in our coverage. Anybody interested in journalism/communications, photography or even podcasting can help us find ways to grow via new avenues. Email publisher John Nash at jnash@ctsoftballblog.com if interested.
STUDENT WRITERS: This week, the CT Softball Blog will be starting a new feature called “THE PLAYER’S VOICE”—where a player pens a piece that some how relates to the game of softball. If you have an idea you’d like to write about, or would like to be assigned a story, please email publisher John Nash at jnash@ctsoftballblog.com if interested.

Thanks again to everybody for their support. When I was coaching, I would tell my players and parents that it takes a village to have a successful team and/or program. I feel that same way today. It’s going to take a village to help the CT Softball Blog grow and I’m hoping to find people to help make that happen. — John Nash, Publisher, CT Softball Blog
