WATERFORD—The next step in this summer’s journey to Little League Softball journey begins on Monday with the start of the 2026 State Final Four.
Sectional champs Bristol and East Lyme-Salem are joined by runners-up Fairfield and Madison-Clinton in a double-elimination affair that will send the Connecticut state champion to the upcoming New England Regional championships.
The schedule has been released for the state’s final four tournament, which is being held at the Waterford Little League Complex, and here it is:
Monday, July 6
G1: Madison-Clinton vs. Bristol, 5:30 p.m.
G2: Fairfield vs. East Lyme-Salem, 8 p.m.
Tuesday, July 7
G3: Winner G1 vs. Winner G2, 5:30 p.m.
G4: Loser G1 vs. Loser G2, 8 p.m.
Wednesday, July 8
Rain Date
Thursday, July 9
G5: Winner G4 vs. Loser G3, 6 p.m.
Friday, July 10
State Championship Game
G6: Winner G3 vs. Winner G5, 5:30 p.m.
G7: (If necessary), 30 minutes after G6.
